摘要:
传统的铝管灌装封尾机采用电器按钮、指示灯显示和继电器控制的方式,增加了硬件模块及电气连 线,相应故障率也比较高。采用光电感应、旋转编码器、PLC 和变频器的组合对铝管灌装封尾机控制系统进行改造, 操作简便,性能可靠,并能提高可维护性和灵活性。
Abstract:
The traditional Al Tube Sealing Tail Machine, adopting the electrical button, indicator light and relay control, increases the connection of hardware module and electricity and thus leads to the high rate of failure. We can transform the controlling system of Al Tube Sealing Tail Machine by using the combination of photoelectric sensor, rotary encoder, PLC and transducer. It is safe and easy to handle, and meanwhile the maintainability and flexibility can be improved.
