摘要:
在政策制度中,我国高职教育人才培养目标先后经历了培养技术型人才、高技能人才、高素质技术技能型人才三个阶段。基于人才培养目标变迁历程和社会人才分类,在后示范建设时期,高职教育技术型人才培养目标的应然定位是,重点面向企业特别是中小微企业培养技术型人才。高职院校可通过深化产学研结合办学模式,构建实践教学体系,建立"三个合一"校内实训基地,创新多样化育人课堂等路径培养技术型人才。更多还原
Abstract:
The talent training objective of our vocational education has undergone three stages of training skill-focused personnel, technique-focused personnel and high-qualified technical personnel. Due to the change of talent training objective and the classification of talents, in the post-model construction period, the orientation of talent training objective of higher vocational education should focus on training the skilled personnel for small and medium-sized enterprises. Vocational colleges can train skilled personnel by building a practical teaching system through the university-enterprise cooperated mode, establishing a “three-integrated” practicing base within school and seeking diversified classroom teaching.
