结合温州市材料成型工艺与模具技术重点实验室和温州市聚合物材料及其机电产品表面改性技术重点实验室的研究,从机电产品及工模具材料的特性,以及工具镀涂层材料的类别、结构特性、合金化工艺、纳米复合涂层和超晶格涂层的发展趋势等方面,分析高性能工具镀涂层及其制备技术概况与进展。同时阐述电磁驱动离子镀技术和闭合磁控溅射技术的发展,以及其在制备高性能涂层、超晶格涂层方面的应用现状和趋势。更多还原
Abstract:
Combining the study of Key Laboratory of Wenzhou Material Molding Process and Whenzhou Polymer Material and Mechanical Surface Modification Technology Lab, an analysis is made on the progress of high-performance tools plated coating and its preparation technology from the perspectives of mechanical and electrical products and mould material, category, structure, alloying technology, nano-composite coatings of plated coating materials, the trend of super lattice coatings and so on. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic driven ion plating technique and the closure of the magnetron sputtering technology and their application in high-performance tools coating and superlattice coating are mentioned.
