摘要:
黄花菜富含多糖成分,可分别采取水提醇沉法、微波提取法、超声波提取法、微波处理-水提醇沉法和超声波处理-水提醇沉法5种提取方法,并采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果表明,其中4种提取方法存在显著差异,以微波提取法效果最佳,其后依次为优化后的超声波处理-水提醇沉法、超声波提取法、水提醇沉法。微波提取法是黄花菜多糖提取的理想方法,优化后的超声波处理-水提醇沉法也不失为黄花菜多糖提取的一种良好方法。更多还原
Abstract:
Daylily is rich in polysaccharides and the polysaccharides can be extracted through hot-water extraction, microwave extraction, ultrasound extraction, microwave-hot-water extraction and ultrasound-hot-water extraction, and the content of polysaccharides can be determined by phenol-sulfuric acid. The result shows that of the four methods, there are remarkable differences with the microwave extraction being the first and the optimized ultrasound-hot-water extraction, ultrasound extraction and hot-water extraction being the second, third and fourth. The microwave extraction is the best method for extracting the polysaccharides in Daylily, while the ultrasound-hot?water extraction is also quite a good method.
