为高效、准确地检测电梯缓冲器,提出一种基于三轴加速度传感器的测试方法。使用三轴传感器采集模拟轿厢悬挂静止状态和与电梯缓冲器冲击过程中加速度的数据,采用悬挂静止状态数据分析计算竖直向上方向,计算整个试验过程中该方向的加速度值,将三个方向的加速度数据投影至竖直向上方向,并根据投影后的数据计算冲击过程的平均加速度与峰值时间。实验表明,该方法使用方便,且降低了潜在的人为测量误差。更多还原
Abstract:
To test elevator buffer efficiently and accurately, a method based on three-axis acceleration sensor was proposed. Three axis sensors were used to collect the data of a stimulated car at the suspended static state and the data of acceleration at the shocking process. The vertical upward direction was acquired by analyzing the suspended static state data. The acceleration data of this direction was obtained. The acceleration data of these three directions was projected to the vertical direction, and the average acceleration and peak time of the impact process were calculated according to the data of the projection. Results show that the method is convenient and reduces the potential of human error.
