摘要:
德国企业参与职业教育的模式主要是"双元制",经历了由热情期到冷淡期到再热情期的态度变迁。从德国企业参与职业教育的态度变迁反观,影响我国校企合作的原因是多方面的。我国职业教育的可持续发展必须实行校企合作,职业学校需要形成与企业互补的优势,政府完善相关行政法律法规,并制定一套独立的、切实可行的评估机制。
Abstract:
German enterprises participate in vocational education mainly in the form of “dual system”, shifting from the active to the passive period and then to the active period again. The reflection on the change of German Enterprises shows the reasons that affect our school-enterprise cooperation are diversified. To ensure the sustain?able development of vocational education in our country, it is important to implement the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Vocational schools should complement enterprises, and the government should improve the related administrative laws and regulations to set an independent and feasible evaluation mechanism.
