摘要:
青年英语教师核心教学能力事关高职院校英语教学质量。当前高职青年英语教师缺失的核心教学能力是教学反思能力、教学研究与创新能力。核心教学能力属隐性知识范畴,培训难度极大,需要理顺培训思路,从培训目标、培训内容、培训时间、培训评价四个方面有针对性地设计核心教学能力培训方案,并借鉴PDCA循环理论对培训方案进行优化,以期培养高职青年英语教师核心教学能力。
Abstract:
The core teaching ability of young English teachers is related to the English teaching quality in vocational colleges. At present, the core teaching ability that young English teachers in vocational colleges lack is teaching reflective ability, teaching research and innovation ability. The core teaching ability falls in implicit knowledge, so it is extremely difficult to train this ability. In terms of this, it is important to straighten out the idea about training and work out the training plan from four aspects: objective, content, duration and evaluation. And it is necessary to learn from PDCA cycle theory to better the training plan in the hope of developing the key teaching ability of young English teachers in vocational colleges.
