摘要:
高职酒店管理专业人才培养目标,应定位于酒店领班、主管、部门经理"督导层",并作为高职学生就业的核心岗位。为实现"督导层"人才培养目标,在深入分析岗位核心能力的基础上,完成课程体系的重新设置,从而确立基于"督导层"的高职酒店管理人才培养模式,通过完善的校内外教学体系,为酒店企业培养用得上、留得住的高素质管理人才,使酒店管理专业毕业生真正实现高位就业。
Abstract:
The personnel training objective of hotel management of vocational colleges focuses on the “super?vision level” of hotel head waiters, directors and department managers, and these positions are the core positions for vocational college students. For the realization of the “supervision level” personnel training objectives, measures were taken to rearrange the curriculum system on the basis of in-depth analysis of post core competence to establish the personnel training mode of hotel management based on “supervision level”. High employment can be achieved for hotel management major students through improving the internal and external teaching system, and cultivating the high quality personnel available anytime or permanently for hotels.
