摘要:
在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,高职院校的教学实践和学生个性化发展需要实行差异化培养。高职机械制造与自动化专业学生差异化培养方案,以学分制为基础,确定最基本的专业要求,对课程进行分级,允许学生自主选择课程及考核级别,不同级别课程学分之间的差距允许从选修课和素质课学分中补足,并制定学生创新创业实践折算学分的具体办法。更多还原
Abstract:
Facing the present situation of “millions of people are encouraged to start their own businesses and to make innovations”, teachers in vocational colleges need to practice differential training in their practical teaching and in realizing students’ individualization. Based on credit system, the differential training plan for students majoring in machinery manufacturing and automation in vocational colleges should specify the basic professional requirements, divide courses into different levels, and allow students to select courses and take tests of different levels. As for the difference among credits of different level of courses, students can get credits from optional courses and quality courses they have taken. And detailed system for businesses and innovations should be established on how to convert students’ practice in starting their own business and in making innovations into credits.
