摘要:
文化经纪人人才培养存在文化视野狭小、实践经验不足、操作能力不强、复合程度不高等问题,不能适应企业和社会发展的需要。借鉴澳大利亚职业能力的结构及内容体系,从典型文化行业入手,开发与编制专业领域能力单元、能力要素和操作标准,构建文化经纪人职业能力标准体系。该职业能力标准可为文化产业经营管理人才培养、考核聘用与资格鉴定、人才专业化发展及专业建设提供重要依据。
Abstract:
As to cultivating cultural agents, there exist problems such as limited cultural outlook, lack of practical experience, and inadequacy in practical operation and inter-disciplinary, which fail to satisfy the demands of enterprises and social development. With reference to the Australian vocational proficiency structure and content system, Typical cultural industry should be put as a priority to shape the system of vocational proficiency standard for cultural agents,starting by compiling proficiency units of professional areas, proficiency elements and opera?tional standards. The standard can serve as an important base for the talent training, assessing, recruiting, qualifica?tion identification, talent professionalization and professional construction for cultural industry management.
