摘要:
师德建设既是高职院校立德树人的需要,也是教师自身发展的需要。高职院校师德建设路径应从组 织环境出发,消除组织内部评价过于稳定倾向,塑造教师师格;从团队实践出发,弥补组织管理过于开放的缺陷,促 进教师专业发展;从主题教育出发,克服教师自我成长的局限,进一步提升教师师能。
Abstract:
Teacher morality construction is a need for both the morality-prioritized education in vocational colleges and teachers’ self-development. Teacher morality construction in vocational colleges should start with the organization environment, eliminate the over-stable trend of inner assessment within the organization, and frame the teacher personality; it should start with the group practice, make up for the deficiency of over-open organization administration, and promote teachers’ professional development; it should start with theme education, overcome the limitation of teachers’ personal development, and further improve teachers’ teaching skills.
