摘要:
高职院校安排专业教师参与企业实践是有效提升教师实践经验的便捷途径,但具体实施时因受现实条件制约而影响实际成效。通过分析专业教师参与企业实践的现实窘境,基于实证的视角,从设计管理制度、把握实施过程、营造实践氛围三个层面进行企业开放环境下管理路径的设计与优化,以提升实践工作的有效性,增强专业教师的认同感。
Abstract:
Sending professional teachers to practice in enterpises is an easy way to promote teachers’ practical experience in vocational colleges.However,due to the present condition,it has not achieved the expected result.After analyzing the reality and making an empirical research,a management approach is introduced from the views of designing the management system,strengthening the management of practice process and creating a practice atmosphere.It aims to enhance the effectiveness of practice in an open environment and increase the identity of professional teachers.
