摘要:
针对目前煤矿自动化系统中大量使用串行通信接口设备存在的问题,通过分析TCP/IP网络协议和RS232串口协议的转换原理,设计一种嵌入式网关,可实现协议转换和网络互通。测试结果证明,嵌入式网关能实现TCP/IP数据包和串行数据的转换和透传,连通以太网和现场总线,从而实现煤矿自动化系统中工业设备的网络化。更多还原
Abstract:
In terms of the problem using the serial communication interface device in large number in the coal mine automation system, an embedded gateway was designed to achieve the protocol conversion and network interoperability by analyzing the conversion principle of TCP/IP network protocol and RS232 serial protocol. The test proved that the embedded gateway can realize the conversion and transmission of TCP/IP data packet and serial data, and connect Ethernet and field bus to achieve the network of industrial equipment in coal automation system.
