摘要:
害羞是指人际情境下的不适或抑制的一种倾向。针对害羞现象,从遗传学与神经递质影响、外周生理变化和神经影像技术的发展三个方面进行研究发现,害羞与5-羟色胺转运基因多态性、β1-肾上腺素受体等基因多态性有关;害羞个体的下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺(HPA)轴神经内分泌调节功能异常;害羞个体的颞上回、海马旁回、脑岛、小脑后叶的灰质密度增高,并且额叶、颞叶皮质及杏仁核等脑区的功能及功能连接表现异常。研究结果表明,害羞具有稳定的生物学基础,并且可能是一种多系统联合改变的结果。更多还原
Abstract:
Shyness refers to the discomfort or restraint in interpersonal context. In terms of this, a study from the perspectives of genetics and neurotransmitters, peripheral physiological changes and neuroimaging techniques has found that shyness is related to 5- transporter gene polymorphism, Beta 1 adrenergic receptor and gene polymorphism. The shy individuals show dysfunction of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis in neuroendocrine regulation and an increase in gray matter density of their superior temporal gyrus, parahippocampal gyrus, insula and cerebellum posterior lobe. There is a dysfunction in frontal lobe, temporal lobe cortex, and amygdala, and their function link. It is shown that shyness has a stable biological basis and may be the result of a multisystem change.
