Abstract:At present, the core task of deepening the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality applied talents by properly connecting the education chain and talent chain with the industrial chain and innovation chain. As a new concept of education and teaching, blended learning has well adapted to the integration of production and education and the cultivation of applied talents. Starting from learners’ needs, based on the integration of production and education, and from the aspects of the main body, learning environment, learning form and learning style, the paper has put forward a new blended educating model in talent training of “college-enterprise cooperation”, in a new mechanism of “resource sharing”, in a new relationship between teachers and students of “multiteacher co-guidance”, and in a new learning space of “Internet plus”. By blending the teaching theory to construct a new educating model, blending learning environment to establisha “resource sharing” mechanism, blending the learning space to build an “Internet plus” education platform, and blending the learning environment to design innovative teaching activities, all these measures can provide an effective way for the deep cooperation between industry and education and the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.
