Enabling effectiveness of production-oriented approach determines students’ output quality. According to the production oriented approach, the essay designs “six steps” for online teaching. Taking the evaluating criteria for effective enabling as theoretical basis, this study demonstrates the enabling design for the Coco milk tea market research report, including students’ analysis, the explanation of whole teaching process, the whole enabling plan and the detailed enabling measures. Based on the enabling design, the study puts forward three enabling strategies, as gradual enabling, varied enabling and so on.
