Industrial digitalization is an essential approach for governments all levels and enterprises at to continue to promote industrial transformation and upgrading in the future. With a large number of traditional industrial enterprises and uneven digital development process and level, there exist a variety of issues in the process of promoting digitalization, namely, poor digital awareness of enterprises, weak management foundation and insufficient resources. On the basis of sufficient investigation and comparative analysis of related traditional industries and enterprises in Wenzhou, it has found that it is indispensable to enhance the understanding of the nature of digital transformation in Wenzhou’s industrial digital application and transformation, to closely integrate digital transformation with industry and enterprise development, and to create an endogenous driving force for digital transformation, so as to consequently promote the digital transformation of the entire industrial cluster.
