    摘要:

    高职院校教师教学创新团队是建设高水平教师队伍的重要举措,而教学质量评价是推动教师教学创新团队建设的重要手段。采用克伦巴赫、因子分析及层次分析法等多种方法,结合IPO模型,构建了包含教学投入、教学过程和教学成效三个维度的高职院校教师教学创新团队教学质量全面评价体系并开发了评价平台。该体系由3个一级、13个二级及49个三级指标组成,通过实证研究验证了其有效性。高职院校教师教学创新团队高质量发展,需要构建信息化评价平台、实施定期评估、采用多元化评价。

    Abstract:

    The teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers is an important initiative to build a highlevelteaching team, accordingly, the evaluation of teaching quality is an important means to the building of teachinginnovation teams. By adopting various methods such as Cronbach, factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process andcombined with the IPO model, this paper has built a comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality for teachinginnovation team in higher vocational institutions from three aspects, namely, teaching input, teaching process andteaching effectiveness, and developed an evaluation platform. The evaluation system consisting of 3 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators, and 49 tertiary indicators is verified through empirical research. Therefore, it is essential tobuild an evaluation platform with IT application, implement regular assessment, and adopt diversified evaluation for thehigh-quality development of teaching innovation team in higher vocational institutions.
