Abstract:The teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers is an important initiative to build a highlevelteaching team, accordingly, the evaluation of teaching quality is an important means to the building of teachinginnovation teams. By adopting various methods such as Cronbach, factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process andcombined with the IPO model, this paper has built a comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality for teachinginnovation team in higher vocational institutions from three aspects, namely, teaching input, teaching process andteaching effectiveness, and developed an evaluation platform. The evaluation system consisting of 3 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators, and 49 tertiary indicators is verified through empirical research. Therefore, it is essential tobuild an evaluation platform with IT application, implement regular assessment, and adopt diversified evaluation for thehigh-quality development of teaching innovation team in higher vocational institutions.
