    摘要:

    数字经济作为温州战略性新兴产业,近年来不断蓬勃发展。以网络化、智能化和服务化为特征的数字经济是发展新质生产力的重要抓手,高质量的数字化人才培养是发展新质生产力和数字经济的重要基础。为加速温州数字经济产才协同发展,基于供需关系,从岗位职能、工作经验、学历要求和能力适配等方面深入分析温州数字经济产业发展与人才培养的现状,探索构建“供需协同—多链协同—创新协同”的递进式协同发展路径:深化供需对接,加强数字人才培养;强化平台赋能,打造数字产业链群;优化政策服务,构建产才融合生态圈。

    Abstract:

    As a strategically emerging industry, the digital economy industry has experienced significant growth in recent years in Wenzhou. Characterized by networking, intelligence, and service orientation, the digital economy plays a crucial role in the development of new quality productivity, and high-quality digital talents serve as a critical foundation for the advancement of new quality productivity and the digital economy. In order to expedite the synergistic development of the digital economy industry and talents in Wenzhou, a thorough analysis of the current situation of the digital economy industry and talent cultivation was conducted, focused on job functions, work experience, academic requirements, and competence matching from the relationship between supply and demand, thus to explore and construct a progressive synergistic development path emphasizing supply and demand synergy, multi-chain synergy, and innovative synergy, that is, deepen the alignment of supply and demand to enhance the cultivation of digital talents; strengthen platform empowerment to establish digital industry chain group; optimize policy services to build an integrated production and talent ecosystem.
