    摘要:

    为培育具有新时代温州人精神的电气产业高素质创新性技术技能人才,提出了基于CDIO-EF的专业课程专创融合教学模式。以产业需求为导向,以产品生命周期为主线,以企业运营为载体,开展模拟企业实际的项目化教学,实现产教融合,产教同步。在专业教育基础上拓展双创教育,在双创教育中反哺专业教育。实践证明,基于CDIO-EF的专创融合教学模式,可有效提升学生的专业能力和双创能力,提高学生的就业竞争力和职场适应能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to cultivate high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents with the spirit of Wenzhou people in the electrical industry,a CDIO-EF based professional courses teaching mode about integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education was proposed. The teaching mode was guided by industrial demand, threaded with product life cycle, carried by enterprise operation, and carried out project-based teaching of simulating the actual situation of enterprises, realized the integration and synchronization of industry and education. The teaching mode expanded entrepreneurship and innovation education on the basis of professional education, and regurgitation feeded entrepreneurship and innovation education for professional education. It proves that, the CDIO-EF based teaching mode about integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, can effectively improve students" professional ability and entrepreneurship and innovation ability, and improve students" employment competitiveness and workplace adaptability.
