“多讲精练”:区别于“精讲多练”的体育课教法改革 ――以温州职业技术学院为例

    摘要:

    [中文]:鉴于高职体育课课时少、单位时间长的特殊性和高职学生能思考、有理解能力及迫切走向社会的特点出发,同时,又让体育课堂为学生毕业后,有能力投身终生体育锻炼打下基础。本方式主张在体育课堂教学中穿插相应的体育原理及基础理论知识。除了使学生能全身心地投入体育锻炼以外,还要让明白体育锻炼的“来龙去脉”,使学生明白需要怎样的锻炼?为什么要这样锻炼?克服锻炼的畏难情绪及如何激发学生进行主动锻炼的热情。同时,对任课体育老师提出新的要求:既要有“百科全书”式的知识涵盖,又要善于把握时代信息,敏于诊断课堂学情,正面引导学生进行科学的、积极主动的锻炼。

    Abstract:

    Classroom teaching of vocational college physical education features a limited number of teaching periods and a long duration for each teaching period. Besides, students in vocational colleges possess a good thinking and comprehension ability and are eager to prepare them for their work in society in the not-distant future. Taking these facts into consideration, the research suggests that homologous athletics principle and foundation theory knowledge should be added.In this way, the students will gain an insight into why and how we should work out regularly, thus attaching importance to physical exercise. Also,it will ignite their enthusiasm, help them overcome difficulties in their trainings and thus develop a lifelong workout habit. The research also suggests that teachers should not only be a walking “encyclopedia” in terms of physical education, but also should keep pace with times, providing the students with a more scientific and effective teaching.
