Abstract:Strengthening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is the basic requirement of building a modern vocational education system. Using the qualitative research method of grounded theory, taking the dynamic process of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education as the research object, the "behavior- motivation" mechanism model of school-enterprise cooperation interaction process is constructed. The study found that: as a system, school-enterprise cooperation is a relationship and process of mutual influence, blending and co-construction. The behavioral domain and dynamic domain are the two functional attributes of school-enterprise cooperation. To deepen school-enterprise cooperation, we need to strengthen the system view, the dynamic view and the management view. Teachers'' ability and comprehensive management are the important starting points for vocational colleges to promote school-enterprise cooperation.
